蹤獲扦s Research Center for Educational Technology (RCET) and the AT&T Classroom were recently featured in the Division of Philanthropy and Alumni Engagements Flashes of Brilliance series, an initiative that connects philanthropic partners with programs demonstrating innovation, impact and academic excellence across the university.

Held in the Moulton Hall Ballroom and the AT&T Classroom, the event invited guests to experience firsthand how RCET is advancing research-informed teaching and learning through emerging technologies and strong, schooluniversity partnerships.

The program brought philanthropic partners together for an interactive showcase of the centers work. Guests explored stations highlighting various technologies, including:

  • Eye-tracking research led by Mathematics Education Professor Karl Kosko, Ph.D.,
  • Educational robotics in early learning led by Maryam Zaghari, Ph.D., Monica Miller Marsh, Ph.D., and Sara Knapp, and
  • 3D printing and design, and immersive virtual and 360簞 classroom experiences, along with a tour of the AT&T Classroom.

The demonstrations illustrated how these tools support K12 learning and strengthen teacher preparation through hands-on, practice-based research and innovation.
