2027 Biometric Screening Update
Beginning Jan. 1, 2027, biometric screenings completed through BeWell Solutions will be processed through your health insurance. As a result, a few additional steps will be needed when scheduling and completing your screening.
What this means for you:
- If you have Medical Mutual or Anthem insurance: You can still complete your screening at our convenient on-campus appointments. Just remember, you must bring your insurance card with you.
- If you have a different insurance provider: You can still earn your Tier 1 points by scheduling your biometric screening with your primary care physician and submitting the results to BeWell.
Dates and additional instructions for our 2027 on-campus biometric screenings will be announced soon. Stay tuned for updates!

Recreation and Wellness Services Seasons in Motion Challenge
Get ready to move, compete and have fun all year long with the Seasons in Motion Movement Challenge! This 3-part challenge keeps your movement momentum going through the whole year, with a new challenge each season (semester) and an overall championship at the end. Inspired by 蹤獲扦's Exercise is Medicine on Campus (EIM-OC) initiative, this challenge is built on a simple idea: movement is medicine. Regular physical activity can improve physical health, reduce stress, boost mood, increase energy, and support overall well-being. The good news? Movement doesn't have to happen in a gym to make a difference.
