������ has partnered with Parchment Inc. to improve the diploma fulfillment process for graduates of ������. Upon final degree approval, the graduate’s diplomas will be fulfilled by Parchment.

• All Graduates: Please check in one hour before your ceremony in Room 153 of the MAC Center Annex to receive your name card and alumni pin.

• Graduation Fair will take place at the University Bookstore located at the Kent Campus Student Center. Stop in for a chance to win a raffle, purchase your cap and gown, and enjoy light refreshments. GradImages will be there to take headshots and cap and gown photos. Josten's will be available to assist with purchasing your announcements, class rings, and more!

• Unable to attend Graduation Fair?

Each graduate who RSVPs will be allocated 6 guest tickets. Tickets will become available for download on July 15. 

• Tickets cannot be printed on-site.
• All guests 2 and older must have a guest ticket for entry into the ceremony venue.
• A live simulcast of the ceremony will be available for guests without tickets.

If you need assistance, contact the Office of University Events and Protocol immediately. Office staff will not be available on event day to assist with ticket downloads.

Each graduate who RSVPs their attendance will be allocated 6 guest tickets, cross the stage, and have their name announced.

   1. Name: Your legal name will be used for diplomas, transcripts and commencement ceremony purposes.
      1. Any changes to your legal name need to be made with proper documentation by submitting a Legal Name Request Form

You can submit your unofficial Notre Dame transcript in your application materials and for a ������ advisor to evaluate for course transfer and program applicability. However, ������ must have your official transcript on file in order to process transfer credits to count toward program requirements and overall credit hours for a degree at ������. Visit the on the National Student Clearinghouse site to have your transcript sent to ������.
